D`Esclans Garrus Rose 2019

Located in the heart of Provence, Château d`Esclans produces a range of rosés, with Garrus being their top-tier offering. It is widely recognized as one of the most prestigious rosé wines in the world and is often referred to as the ‘Grand Cru’ of rosé wines. Garrus is produced from a blend of Grenache and Rolle (also known as Vermentino) grapes, sourced from old vines grown in the estate`s best parcels. After fermentation, the wine is aged in large oak barrels (demi-muids) for several months to add depth and complexity. The 2019 vintage of Château d`Esclans Garrus is an outstanding expression of Provence rosé, reflecting the favourable weather conditions that the region enjoyed that year.
