Brut Réserve NV is made in the definitive Pol Roger House style, combining 30 still base wines from three vintages and based on equal parts Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. The nose is abundant with white flowers, green apple and brioche. On the palate, there are notes of stone fruits, almonds and honey. The perfect aperitif!

One of the world`s most highly sought-after Champagnes, the "Cuvée Sir Winston Churchill", Champagne Pol Roger`s Prestige Cuvée, was created in homage to Sir Winston Churchill, mindful of the qualities that he preferred in his champagne: robustness, a full-bodied character and relative maturity.

Whilst the exact blend is a closely guarded family secret, the cuvee is made exclusively from grapes from grand cru Pinot Noir and Chardonnay vineyards which were already under vine during Churchill`s lifetime, and is only ever made in the very best vintages. Here is an exciting find from the 1988 vintage.

This 2012 Sir Winston Churchill prestige cuvée is the 19th release since the inaugural vintage of 1975. The exact blend is a closely guarded family secret but it’s likely to be a Pinot Noir dominant wine. The nose shows tropical fruits, such as pineapples, and a rich lemon sherbet. On the palate, there are hints of grapefruits, raspberries and creamy pastry with a zesty flavour. It finishes on a refreshing, chalky-mineral note.
