Situated in Meursault, Domaine Coche-Dury was formed in 1973, following the marriage of Jean-François Coche and Odile Dury. Its total holdings represent approximately 9 hectares of vines, about half of which are in Meursault itself. This particular release is the Domaine’s 2010 ‘Les Enseignères’, the most renowned of the Puligny-Montrachet villages, thanks to its exceptional geographical and geological location. 2010 is widely regarded as an excellent year for white Burgundy, which often display a balance of fruit, acidity, and minerality.

Vinous
Reticent, pure aromas of white peach, hazelnut and minerals. Densely packed and urgent but youthfully tight, showing outstanding intensity and energy for village wine. The resounding, palate-staining finish displays outstanding structure and life. From a tiny crop, this almost painfully young wine should benefit from seven or eight years in the cellar.Stephen Tanzer1st September 2012
