Competitive storage rates: £15 per 12-bottle case per year, £7.50 per 6-bottle case per year, equivalent to £1.25 per standard bottle. Alternative formats will be charged accordingly.

Quick and efficient delivery: Wines can be cleared and delivered within the UK in 3-4 working days.
Quarterly invoicing for storage fees to keep the process simple and transparent.

Duty Charges

Below is a summary of the new duty charges per bottle as of February 2026. Please note that these vary depending on the ABV and are subject to change. Please get in touch if you require more information:

Transparent Billing and Rate Calculations

Annual Billing: Clients are invoiced annually based on the wines stored in the preceding year.
Case Equivalents: A case is defined as 9 litres of wine (typically twelve 750ml bottles), ensuring clarity in pricing.
Pro-Rata Charges: Storage fees are charged on a per-bottle basis, and wines stored for part of a month will be billed accordingly.

How to Use Our Bonded Storage

Purchase en primeur or under-bond wines from Hedonism Wines.
Automatically enjoy twelve months of free storage at our bonded storage when you open your storage account.
After twelve months, your storage will continue at the rates outlined above, with quarterly invoicing.
When you are ready to receive your wines, simply request delivery. Most orders are fulfilled within 3-4 working days.

Viñedos del Contino was founded in 1973, becoming the first Rioja ‘château concept’ winery. Their single-estate Contino Garnacha is made from grapes that are hand-harvested and carefully sorted in the vineyard before being subjected to a meticulous selection process in the winery. The 2019 vintage is an aromatic, fruit-driven red, with delicate notes of violets, balsamic and herbs. The palate is deep, with well-integrated tannins and mineral undertones.

Unusually, 100% Garnacha, harvested 18 September 2019. Fermentation 14 days in 10,000-litre foudre. Aged 12 months, 75% in 500-litre barrels and 25% in 2,000-litre foudre. Bottled 29 March 2022. RS 1.5 g/l, TA 4.24 g/l, pH3.26.Mid crimson. There`s an unexpected minty aroma here, as well as all that sweet black fruit. This is full of flavour, finely dry tannins. May not be stereotypical Rioja but it`s a full-bodied, fresh and delicious Garnacha with more moderate alcohol and freshness than you might get in the southern Rhône, for example. Lovely bite of freshness balances the rich sweetness of fruit. GV(JH)

CVNE

A Spanish Classic

CVNE is a family-run company, founded in March 1879 in Haro, Rioja by Eusebio and Raimundo Real de Asúa. The Real de Asúa brothers’ aim was to capitalise on the flourishing new trade in wine and over 140 years later CVNE is still under the stewardship of the direct descendants of the founding family, now in its fifth generation.

Wines produced under the CVNE label include "Cune" a label inspired by an early mis-spelling of the CVNE name; "Monopole", a superb white Rioja; "Corona", a rare sweet white produced using grapes affected by noble rot; "Real de Asúa", a sister wine to the famous Imperial range; "Vina Real", premium red and white Rioja produced from grapes sourced in the Alavesa sub-region; "Pagos de Viña Real", CVNE's top tier Rioja first released in 2001; and "Contino", a Rioja produced using grapes sourced exclusively from a 62 hectare estate near Laserna.
