Ver Sacrum La Cayetana Criolla Blanca 2021 is an aromatic blended white wine produced in the Mendoza region of Argentina. This is a striking blend. 90% Criolla Blanca (a natural crossing of Criola Chica and Moscatel d`Alejandria), fermented and aged in unlined concrete tanks before spending eight months resting in bottle prior to release; with the other 10% made up of Gewürztraminer, Viognier and Semillon aged for two years in oak barrels under flor. Honeyed citrus and apple with hints of yeasty flor. Rich and dry with extraordinary persistence on the palate.
