Having honed her skills as a winemaker working at some of the finest estates in Argentina and around the world, Susana Balbo finally established her own winery in 1999 in the heart of Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza. The Signature White Blend is composed of roughly equal parts Semillon, Torrontés and Sauvignon Blanc, and is fermented in a combination of concrete eggs and stainless-steel tanks, with a further 4 months maturation in new and used French oak barrels.
