The La Fiorita estate is divided into four parcels from which all fruit is fermented separately and then divided between the production of either Brunello or Rosso. As the whole property is registered for the production of Brunello, this Rosso is essentially declassified Brunello and is absolutely classic in its delivery of attractive wild berry, tar, earth and herbs.
