Ninfalia is the first ever rosé released from the small Brunello di Montalcino estate, La Fiorita. It is made from younger vine Sangiovese grapes that come from organically farmed vineyards and is matured in concrete eggs. It is dry, bright and refreshing, with delicate notes of cranberry and cherry, with a subtly mineral edge.
