Located in Saint-Romain in Domaine d`Auvenay is owned by the charismatic Lalou Bize-Leroy - the so-called `Queen of Burgundy`. The Chevalier-Montrachet is produced from a tiny plot of Chardonnay vines in this iconic Grand Cru. A wine of almost unrivalled intensity, concentration and complexity which is only fully revealed after 15+ years of ageing.
