The 2018 Chêne Bleu Rosé is a blend of 62% Grenache Noir, 16% Syrah, 9% Rolle (Vermentino), 8% Mourvedre and 5% Cinsault. Bright pale pink in colour, it is rich and aromatic on the nose, with scents of red berry fruits, pink grapefruit and wild flowers. Elegant, rich and superbly balanced, this has a touch more body than most similarly light-coloured, dry styles of rosé and makes this a wonderful accompaniment to a variety of dishes but particularly fresh seafood and shellfish.
