Originally set on studying law at university, my career path changed after taking a part-time role at a coffee shop and wine bar with a unique focus on the similarities between coffee and wine terroir. It was there that I discovered a passion for hospitality - and, more importantly, bought my first bottle of wine.
After more than 10 years working in luxury hospitality and management, I decided it was time for a new challenge and turned my focus fully to wine. Joining Hedonism has been an incredible experience, surrounded by some of the world's most sought-after wines and spirits once thought unobtainable.
Outside of work, I'm a keen rugby fan - Harlequins, obviously - and enjoy discovering new restaurants whenever I can.
