I found a love for beverage early in my career where I worked behind the bar at a hotel. There's something about mixing a perfectly balanced drink and watching someone enjoy that first sip that got me hooked. My passion and enthusiasm helped me progress into a leadership role and I went on to work in restaurants and bars in various hotels for over a decade. It wasn't until later in my career that I really caught the wine bug and I immediately decided to complete the level 2 & 3 WSET qualifications to deepen my understanding.
The first time I entered Hedonism I was completely blown away and knew I had to find a way to be part of the team. Since joining in early 2026, I've had the opportunity to taste some of the great wines of the world and am continuing to broaden my knowledge each day. Working with the immense array of products available at Hedonism alongside a world class team is a real privilege and great fun.
I like to visit different wine regions and make an effort to go somewhere once a year to get a feel for the wines and the terroir and enjoy the beautiful landscapes. I have a soft spot for Italian wines, particularly those of the Piedmont region but above all else, I really enjoy being surprised by something I've never tasted before and It's a great pleasure to be able to deliver that feeling of excitement to others.
