I hereby declare that I shall take sole responsibility for payment of all taxes and duties and any other  charges levied in relation to now or at any time in the future. 

I also declare that I will take full responsibility for any further charges incurred due to any late or non-payment of fees due and furthermore acknowledge that failure to pay any or all of the charges levied  could result in confiscation or destruction of all goods for which there will be no recourse to Hedonism  Drinks Ltd.
