Vasse Felix, Margaret River’s founding wine estate, was established by Dr Thomas Brendan Cullity in 1967. The Heytesbury Chardonnay 2020 is produced from a selection of unique vineyard plots and is aged in French oak barrique (62% new) for 10 months. Perfumed on the nose with stone fruit and floral, waxy character. Bright and creamy on the palate with taught acidity and a saline core leading to a long, dry finish.
