Comtes de Champagne is the star of Taittinger and is always a vintage cuvée. It is 100% Chardonnay from five Grand Cru vineyards and aged 10 years before release. 2006 was a warm and generous vintage with a nose rich with white flowers and citrus fruit. The palate is delicious with flavours of sweet pastry, raisins and candied fruit.
