Located in Appledore, Kent, Gusbourne is one of the shining lights of English Sparkling Wine production but, in exceptional vintages, release small quantities of still wines. This is 100% Pinot Noir from a small parcel within the Boot Hill Vineyard and is matured in French oak barrels. It is bright and breezy, with delicious notes of sweet-sour cranberry, raspberry and red cherry, with subtle earthy hints. A charming wine exemplifying the massive potential of still wines from the UK.
