Packed with red fruits and blueberries on the palate, tobacco notes and refreshing acidity, here is a wonderful 2019 from Vittoria, situated in the Ragusa province of Sicily. Three friends founded Azienda Agricola COS in 1980. Giambattista Cilia, Cirino Strano and Giusto Occhipinti. The acronym of their last names is where the name for the winery – COS – comes from.
