Champagne is a region of remarkable diversity, from historic houses and prestigious cuvées to small growers producing wines with a strong sense of place. Each producer brings their own approach, whether shaped by individual vineyards, rare vintages, traditional methods or a particular winemaking philosophy.

For this new Hedonistic Tasting Champagne, we have brought together a selection of sought-after bottles, spanning renowned names, distinctive grower producers, mature vintages and some that are rarely seen outside private collections.

The tasting will be hosted by Soo-Shern, one of our original Fine Wine & Spirits Specialists since the shop opened and, arguably, the most passionate Champagne enthusiast on our team.

Accompanied by canapés from our Michelin-starred sister restaurant, HIDE, the tasting brings together standout cuvées including Salon 2012 and Jacques Selosse Les Carelles.

Guests will have the opportunity to taste the following Champagnes:
