Co-founder (together with his wife and business partner, Lucy) of Cambridge Distillery in 2012, Lowe creates award-winning gins in Grantchester, Cambridgeshire.  Considered the pinnacle of gin distillation, Watenshi is the angels share of Japanese Gin, which is usually lost to evaporation. Distilleries usually lose this but Cambridge Distillery have found a way to preserve this , yielding a minute 15ml per distillation - around 50 runs are needed for just one bottle! Intense and complex flavour compounds are released balanced by a delicate softness which transcends all other past gin experiences. Only 6 bottles are produced each batch and and are presented in a hand-blown decanter bottle finished with silver elements by a jeweller.

 Anty Gin is the coming together of Cambridge Distillery and Nordic Food Lab. Each bottle contains the essence of 62 woodland ants which are known for their citrus flavour so are perfect for gin making! Alongside juniper, other foraged botanticals are added to the mix including stinging nettles, wood avens root and alexanders seeds to complement the wood ants. Each bottle comes with a 5cl bottle of pure ant distillate.
