 Brought up in a family of artists, Bibi Graetz didn’t have any formal training in winemaking when he first set up his business in 2000. He’s come a long way. Colore is Bibi’s Gran Vin, from very old vineyards of Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Colorino. The nose has piercing aromas of cherries, red berries, flowers, fresh herbs, and some earthy notes. The structure is firm, with deep fruity layers. The wine will benefit from further ageing in the cellar.

 The Bibi Graetz winery was founded in 2000 on the hill of Fiesole, overlooking Florence. `Soffocone` is a beautiful expression of the Sangiovese varietal grown in the beautiful hillside vineyard of Vincigliata. In the words of Bibi Graetz himself, "The purity of this wine impresses me every single time. With Soffocone I want to bring Sangiovese to the next level of elegance and finesse".

 Coloro Bianco is a white wine produced from the Ansonica grape variety, grown on the terraced Pietrabona Vineyard on the Italian Isola del Giglio, a small island situated off the coast of Tuscany. This beautiful old vineyard overlooks the sea and is characterised by its sandy soils. To quote Bibi, "This vintage is very structured and mineral due to the generosity of the season in terms of heat. On the nose is so recognizable and distinctive with hints of orange blossom and sweet spices on the background."

Testamatta is a soulful wine and is a wonderful expression of 100% Sangiovese. The 2016 is immensely concentrated and powerful, imbued with dense and spicy dark cherry fruit, floral perfume and crushed stone minerality. Wild, singular and iconic.
