Highland Park 18 Year Old The Octave Duncan Taylor is an age-statement island single malt whisky produced at the Highland Park Distillery on the island of Orkney. The Octave range showcases independent bottler Duncan Taylor`s expertise in selecting old, rare single malts for special attention. Octave casks are about one-eighth of the size of a conventional whisky cask, yielding just 80 or so bottles. The Highland Park 2004 Premium Octave cask #5037889 was matured for 18 years in oak casks then spent the final months in an octave cask. This is a limited release of only 88 cask-strength bottles.
