Sugrue Cuvée Boz Blanc de Blancs 2015 is a vintage traditional-method sparkling wine produced from 100% Chardonnay grapes from Hampshire, England. The wine was vinified in stainless steel, offering a linear, yet textured interpretation of English Champagne-style Chardonnay. Producer note. "I crafted this Blanc de Blancs with long cellar-ageing in mind, and I am delighted with the results. it is everything you would expect from a mature English Blanc de Blancs – floral notes of white flowers and citrus, with precise and elegant fruit on the palate but with a weight and textural complexity that is only possible to achieve with extended time on lees in the winery."
