Cesari Bosan Amarone 2004 is a full-bodied, single-vineyard red wine produced from partially air-dried grapes in the Amarone appellation of Valpolicella, in the Verona district of northern Italy. Bosan Amarone is produced from a single vineyard of approximately 10 hectares located in the prestigious Illasi Valley. It is a limited production ‘cru’ wine made from the best bunches of Corvina and Rondinella grapes from the Bosan vineyard. The wine is extensively aged for a total of 6 years in a combination of French and Slavonian oak barrels followed by a year in the bottle. "Amarone Bosan is a terrifically impressive wine with beautiful tones of polished river stone, savoury spice, plum cake, root beer and liquid smoke. Sweet cherry and blackberry flavours are folded within the wine`s rich texture and dense concentration. You`ll love it." Wine Enthusiast, 2011
