Marlborough Wines

A key region for New Zealand wine production, located on the northeastern tip of New Zealand’s South Island. For the most part, the climate is cool and maritime, resulting in refreshing single varietal, unoaked whites with high acidity and green-fruited, tropical character.

Key white varieties include the flagship white variety, Sauvignon Blanc, the widely planted Chardonnay, aromatic Rieslings, and more unusual varieties such as Arneis. In terms of red wines, vibrant red-fruited Pinot Noirs with ripe tannins take centre stage. Universally appreciated producers from Cloudy Bay, Dog Point and Goose Bay, to Greywacke, Seresin are all waiting to be discovered on our shelves.
