Here at Hedonism Wines, we regularly host fantastic wine and spirit tastings with some of the world's greatest distilleries, Domaines and Châteaux. The Antinori family has been producing wine in Tuscany for six centuries and exporting it for four – that’s 26 generations of uninterrupted family ownership, making them the 10th oldest company in the world that is still in the hands of the same family. The family moved to Florence in the early 13th century, and to this day, remain central figures in the fabric of the city. Through judicious acquisition of vineyards, and an uncanny knack for developing iconic wines, Antinori has become Tuscany’s – arguably Italy’s – preeminent wine producer.

For over 35 years, Nyetimber has had a single aim: crafting exceptional English sparkling wine that rivals the very best in the world. One of the most recognised names in Champagne, Maison Moët & Chandon has released its new prestige cuvée, Collection Impériale, the highest expression from Cellar Master Benoît Gouez to date. Collection Impériale was only made possible thanks to Maison’s expertise acquired over years of crafting Brut Impérial – a champagne encapsulating the art of selecting the best grapes, aging, and blending – and Grand Vintage, the embodiment of their art of interpretation.
The vintages chosen for Création No. 1 of Collection Impériale have experienced three different maturation methods including bottle on the lees, stainless steel, and oak. Once assembled, Collection Impériale rests for a minimum of eight years before being revealed, thus expressing Moët & Chandon's vision of Haute Œnologie.

Since 1840, The Glen Grant distillery, in Rothes, Speyside has been crafting exception single malt whiskies. The distillery adheres to some of the tradition methods of production under the supervision of Scotland’s longest serving distiller, Master Distiller Dennis Malcom OBE. Dennis started working at The Glen Grant from the age of 15 years old back in 1961 and followed the footsteps of his father and grand father before. The distillery still uses wooden fermenters, ages its maturing stock in traditional stone dunnage warehouses and bottles every drop at the distillery.

We're thrilled to welcome wine writer and critic Neal Martin to our shop for a spectacular, one-of-a-kind tasting of Bordeaux through the decades. On the back of the publishing of his book "The Complete Bordeaux Vintage Guide," we've worked with Neal to craft a special tasting of six Bordeaux wines across the past six decades, highlighting the breadth and calibre of our Bordeaux collection. Leaning on Neal's Bordeaux expertise, join us for an evening of incredible wines and fascinating conversation with Mr. Neal Martin himself.

If you’re a fan of Islay whisky, but aren’t able to make the pilgrimage to the beautifully picturesque and remote island itself, allow us to transport you there with a special walk-around tasting featuring some of the very best distilleries the Island has to offer - just ahead of the island's iconic Fèis Ìle held at the end of May. While Islay is known for some of the world’s best peated, maritime malts, peat isn't the only name of the game and here's your chance to sample a diverse selection of various styles under one roof. Whether you’re an Islay enthusiast, or a relevant newcomer, there’ll be something for everyone, as we showcase some of the classic distilleries alongside the new kids on the block.

Each month in our Hedonism Wine School series, we invite you to join our events manager, Sherry Rose Stolar, for a deep dive tasting featuring a selection of wines from a particular region, grape variety or style. This month, Sherry takes us across the pond and across the vast American continent to the state of California. California, and in particular Napa Valley, has become synonymous with quality American wines. However, not all Californian wines are created equal. From Napa and Sonoma north of San Francisco to Santa Barbara north of Los Angeles, there's a fair amount of diversity across the state in terms of grape varieties, styles and more.
