A single cask edition of one of Japan`s greatest whiskies. Yoichi is located high in the hills above Hokkaido & produces a rich, oily spirit with a good backbone of peat smoke.
Light peat smoke on the nose & a smooth, cereal-led finish. Akashi are based at the White Oak distillery in Hyogo prefecture, Japan.
Produced at the White Oak distillery in Hyogo, Akashi use a blend of Japanese grown & imported malt when crafting their whisky.
Hibiki has become the byword for fine, Japanese blended malts. A blend of whiskies from Yamazaki, Hakushu & Chita, the brand was original introduced by Suntory in the late 1980s.
