Château Teyssier is traditionally crafted from a blend of 85% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Franc. The grapes undergo meticulous handpicking and sorting, first at the bunch level, and then after destemming, on a berry-by-berry basis. The fermentation occurs within stainless-steel tanks following a cold maceration process. Subsequently, the wines are aged in French oak barrels, with one-third of these barrels being new.
