The Domaine was originally formed in 1924 by George Roumier who farmed his own vines in Chambolle-Musigny but also worked as vineyard manager for Comte Georges de Vogüé. Since 1992 the estate has been fully managed by the talented Christophe Roumier, the third-generation family winemaker.
