The grapes are carefully selected from Montevertine`s oldest vineyards, which were planted between 1968 and 1999. The wine is aged for one year in Allier oak barriques and one year in Slavonian oak barrels. Adorned with its iconic labelling produced by artist Alberto Manfredi, Le Pergole Torte is a truly legendary wine.
