Junmai Daiginjo represents the highest quality of sake production, with the highest standards of milling, with a minimum of 50% rice polishing. This produces sakes of exceptional purity and refinement, in this case expressed in a bottling with hints of citrus, jasmine and lychee. This is exceptionally food-friendly.
