{"product_id":"corton-greves-jadot-2005","title":"Corton Greves Jadot 2005","description":"Jadot Corton Grèves 2005 is a medium-bodied red wine from the Grand Cru climat of Corton in the Côte de Beaune. Maison Louis Jadot is one of the most consistent growers and négociants in Burgundy, offering a vast portfolio of wines – from easy-drinking, accessible Bourgogne to complex, age-worthy Grand Cru expressions. The company is today run by Pierre-Henri Gagey, assisted by head winemaker Frédéric Barnier. From Grèves, a south-east-facing vineyard on siliceous soils, comes this powerful and complex Corton. The wine is fermented in large vats for 3–4 weeks, before maturation for 18–20 months in barrel. \"Solid and unyielding, with dense cherry, wild berry and red currant aromas and flavours. Concentrated and structured, with drive from the acidity as much as the tannins. This is also very stylish and graceful, as the finish lingers for more than a minute.\" Wine Spectator, 2008","brand":"Domaine Louis Jadot","offers":[{"title":"Duty Paid","offer_id":62428321841482,"sku":"HED98058","price":120.0,"currency_code":"GBP","in_stock":false}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0998\/7696\/2634\/files\/HED98058.jpg?v=1781913995","url":"https:\/\/hedonism.co.uk\/products\/corton-greves-jadot-2005","provider":"Hedonism Wines","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
