Situated in the Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux appellation, in close proximity to Saint-Émilion, this boutique estate is planted to Merlot [80%], complemented by smaller proportions of Cabernet Sauvignon [10%] and Cabernet Franc [10%]. The grapes are hand-harvested and sorted, initiating natural yeast-driven alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled vats. The wine undergoes an extended maceration period of 5 weeks on the skins. Maturation takes place in new oak barrels for 18 to 24 months, involving regular racking every 3 months.
