This release is his La Romanée, a south and south east-facing, organically farmed vineyard where the vines were planted in 1994 and 1980. This is the richest and most consistent Chassagne-Montrachet Dancer produces. \"Background wisps of the exotic can be found on the white and yellow orchard fruit, mandarin orange and Granny Smith apple-scented nose. The mouth feel of the middle weight flavours though is cool and retained with a really lovely purity of expression on the highly complex, well-balanced and hugely long finish.
