Based in Pupillin, Adeline Houillon and Renaud Bruyère are among the very top echelon of natural wine producers in Jura. Adeline trained at Domaine Pierre Overnoy (which is now managed by her brother, Emmanuel), while Renaud previously worked at Domaine Tissot. Together, Adeline and Renaud manage five hectares of vineyard on biodynamic principles. The couple`s La Croix Rouge is produced from Chardonnay vines growing on calcareous clay-limestone soil in the village of Pupillin.
