Now in its second year, the 2016 release of the Yellowstone Limited Edition features a blend between a 7-year-old and a 12-year-old high-rye bourbon that has been finished in toasted wine barrels. The nose reveals notes of floral vanilla, nutty caramel and earthy rye. On the palate there is a viscous mouthfeel with notes of intense caramel brittle, syrupy vanilla and a wave of white pepper.
