A recent release from family owned Weingut Wittmann, winegrowers in Westhofen dating back to the 17th century. Certified organic since 1990 and biodynamic since 2004. Here is the outstanding 2020 vintage, introducing the elegance and sense of place for which Wittmann`s Rheinhessen estate is widely known. An exceptionally food-friendly wine both in youth and as it matures. Stone fruits and elegant florality on the nose are accompanied by a chalky minerality which carries through on the long finish.
