Founded in 1670, Warre’s is the oldest British Port company established in Portugal and has been a family business for more than 14 generations. The 2000 release is beautifully aromatic with notes of ripe black fruits, eucalyptus and violets. On the palate it is elegant, vibrant and fresh, with velvety tannins and admirable persistence. Though perfect for drinking now, this could be cellared further.
