Domaine Vigneau-Chevreau is a family owned and operated winery founded in 1875 that specialises in the Chenin Blanc based wines from the Vouvray appellation in the Loire Valley. They are organic certified and also employ biodynamic principles to produce four categories of Vouvray. sparkling, sec, demi-sec and moelleux. Clos de Rougemont is a dry wine produced from an historic monopole vineyard matured in barrels with its lees. It is rich and ripe, bursting with aromas of apple, quince, pear, peach, acacia blossom and honey. Wonderful as an aperitif or served alongside roasted chicken.
