Domaine Huet was founded in 1928 by Victor Huet and his son Gaston and now boasts thirty hectares of Chenin planted on three plots. Haut-Lieu, Mont and Clos du Bourg. This is a honey-sweet 100% Chenin Blanc wine from the 2005 vintage. A full-bodied wine, with 81g/l residual sugar. Notes of cooked pineapple and salted caramel on the nose are accompanied by a sweet and mineral palate. The perfect match for grilled lobster, blue cheeses and baked pears.
