Vinha Formal Branco Luis Pato 2017
Made using native Portuguese varietal Bical, Vinha Formal Branco is aged for around eight months in new Allier oak barrels. The result is a wine that combines a creamy richness with notes of citrus oil, stone fruit, minerality and wild honey on the nose. The palate is full and succulent before a lifted, zippy finish. Enjoy chilled in the sun or with a good quality goats cheese like Crottin de Chavignol.
