This fantastic rosé from iconic Ribera del Duero producer, Vina Sastre, is made from Tinta del Pais, aka Tempranillo, from old vines sitting at around 800m elevation. 2017 was a great vintage and this wine has exceptional balance between wonderfully juicy fruit, beautifully refreshing acidity and the tiniest hint of tannin.
