This Vinsanto del Chianti Classico is produced from Malvasia and Sangiovese grapes that are dried for five months before fermentation and extended maturation in chestnut and oak barrels. Deep golden in colour, this has a complex nose of dried fruits, dates and grilled nuts. Sumptuously sweet and silky on the palate, it has a long, refreshing finish.
