A blend of 60% saignée Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay from sixty-year-old premier cru vines, this pink champagne has been aged for 10 months in oak barrels and bottled before spending 60 months on the lees. On the nose, rose petals, almonds, and tangerines. The palate is packed with flavour and complexity. A food-friendly wine that can be served with duck breast and figs or Brie with warm cherry chutney.
