Travel to Friuli with Vignai da Duline, run by husband and wife team Lorenzo Mocchiutti and Federica Magrini whose vineyard management is characterised by their use of cover crops, hand harvesting and their herbicide-free approach. As the producers put it, "We believe our wines can convey our respect for the delicate balance of our environment, the care and personal attention we afford to every stage of the production process, and our pursuit of the highest quality wine and viticulture". Morus Alba is a charming blend of old-vine Malvasia Istriana together with a rare, ancient clone of Sauvignon.
