Vidal Estate was founded in 1905 and is recognised as one of the finest producers in Hawke’s Bay. This is a superb Chardonnay with excellent concentration and restraint, hallmarked by wonderfully pure citrus fruit, roasted nuts and flinty minerality. It is textured and seamless on the palate, with ample complexity and a delicious saline twist on the finish.
