‘Del Professor’ is a compact collection of fortified wines and spirits produced at the Antica Distilleria Quaglia. The name of the range is a homage to the 19th century bartender Jerry Thomas – nicknamed ‘The Professor’ – regarded as ‘the father of American mixology’. The vermouth rosso follows Piedmontese traditions and it’s aged for several months before release to maximise its flavours.
