Del Professore Classico aims to recreate the original vermouth style that was popular in Italy at the end of the 18th century. The base wine is enhanced with botanicals and herbs foraged on the Alpine heights around Turin, and that includes vanilla, cloves, wormwood, gentian root and citrus. The result is a floral and zesty vermouth, balanced by sweet spices.
