The 2014 Vergelegen V Cabernet Sauvignon is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, sourced from the estate`s vineyards. This release is known for its concentration and structure, with a good balance of fruit and tannins. The wine was aged for an extended period in French oak barrels, which contributes to its complexity and depth of flavour. It would pair well with rich meat dishes such as roasted or grilled beef, lamb, or game, as well as with strong, aged cheeses.
