Vallisto is a collaborative project started in 2006 by winemakers Hugh Ryan, Marcelo Pelleriti and Francisco Lavaque in Cafayate, Salta. Felix is a blend of 80% century-old-vine Tannat and 20% younger-vine Malbec grown at 2,000m above sea level. It is muscular, powerful and intense, with remarkable layers of rich black fruits and heady, oak-derived spice.
