This VS is a young and powerful 3-year-old Cognac and a great introduction to the family-run Vallein-Tercinier. It is a blend of Fins Bois and Bons Bois eaux-de-vie that have a forward, powerful nose, with a slight bronze colour due to distillation in copper stills. Best enjoyed on the rocks, with chilled water or with tonic.
